Chris is a seasoned operations executive and the Founder of Acela Management, a Catipult.ai certified integrator. With a single purpose in mind, Acela provides business owners with the support, tools, and guidance to scale, accelerate efficiency, and create meaningful change in their companies.

Chris drives team alignment and efficiency through leveraging a collaborative and “employee-first” structure resulting in high-performance cultures. He played pivotal roles creating and leading multiple departments through significant growth and systems integration. Leveraging his experience, Acela constructs a custom framework with your leadership, vision, and goals to launch a strategic go-to-market plan with clear line-of-sight operations, providing a seamless customer journey.

As the COO at Integrated Media Technologies, Chris spearheaded the organization's growth over a 14-year tenure, scaling revenue from $5M to over $130M and headcount from 8 to 110 across three divisions. Now, at Acela, he leads a fractional COO and consulting model, delivering seasoned talent to meet the dynamic needs in highly competitive markets. With deep expertise spanning leadership roles in HR, sales, IT/ engineering, PMO, finance, and legal, Acela is uniquely positioned as a trusted leader in change management and scaling.

With an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) and a BS in Finance from Gonzaga University, Chris brings a unique blend of academic acumen and practical expertise to every strategic decision.
