JT has led or supported enterprise engineering management, Lean/Six Sigma deployment initiatives, business re-engineering, quality management, and supply chain optimization in the United States and Canada across diverse industries. With JT’s extensive experience, he can collaborate efficiently with your team to create effective and practical solutions that generate sustainable results.

JT has held senior level positions, including VP of Engineering, VP of Operations, and COO in diverse industries. Currently, JT sits on the board of two companies. He assists in mergers and acquisitions, serves as an advisor to small and medium enterprises and is the President of Focused Improvement Consulting.
