If you already have plan, jump straight to the dashboard, watch the videos and in 30 minutes you can turn your plan into quantifiable core metrics and then assign milestones / rocks to your team.
Once your plan is in the system,
Catipult takes it from there.

World Class meeting agendas, including the annual Catipult Rhythm come pre-loaded.
Simply click “start meeting” and Catipult will walk the team through weekly reporting of their scorecards, issues to discuss, and key projects (rocks) they are working to complete in that quarter.
The entire meeting is based on your plan. There’s no need to grab spreadsheets or PowerPoints to figure out where you should be.

Seemless Transition from Other Methodologies
If you’re using the Enterprenurial Operating System, Scaling UP! or other systems, your rocks can be easily added to Catipult. Simply assign rocks from your plan and add them as action items to the key indicator they support. If you can't find an appropriate key indicator for the rock, then maybe there's no reason to be doing it. That's what we call focus!
