How do I get started with Catipult?
Catipult is very selective with the coaches it certifies. We found that the best coaches we have brought into Catipult immediately knew this was for them and made their decision quickly and didn't look back. That said, we understand that prior committments may necessitate a slower path for some....and we'd rather have great coaches engaged at their own pace than not engaged. To that end, we have three levels: Foundation, Certification, and Practice Builder.
Foundation Level. This level gives you the basics and allows you to engage with the other coaches from around the world. After a period of time, you can choose to become certified, which opens up many more courses and other levels of engagement.
Certification Level. This is best for coaches who know they want this training and already have existing clients. At this level, you will recieve the training and materials you need to run an effective Catipult practice.
Practice Builder Level. This is the ultimate level and it is designed for people like Robin (above) who want to build practices and even recruit other coaches to their practice.
